Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation Scholarship Application — Now Available!

Attention High School Seniors ….

 

Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation scholarships are awarded annually to deserving high school seniors for excellence in academics, school activities and community service.  Students must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 to qualify.

 

Each Penguins Foundation scholarship is valued at $1,500 for the first year of college.  An additional $1,000 may be awarded for the student’s second year of college if a 3.0 GPA is maintained and a minimum of 24 credit hours are earned.

 

Applicants must attend a Pittsburgh Public high school or Allegheny County high school which provides substantial aid to students for reduced-cost or free lunch programs per the National School Lunch Program administered by the PA Department of Education Division of Food and Nutrition.
